Director of Pre-primary and Primary Education | First Director of the Primary School

Design and implementation of a unified framework for experiential programmes in pre-primary and primary education, with emphasis on environmental education, science, English language learning, and systematic use of modern educational tools.

Design and implementation of the After-School Activity Zone, combining learning, arts, and sports.

Design and implementation of the STEM Academy as an extracurricular experiential programme, with emphasis on science and environmental education.

Design and implementation of the Apple 1-to-1 Initiative, with iPads for every student across all grades, aiming at pedagogical use of technology, development of research skills, and gradual cultivation of digital autonomy.

Design and implementation of a digital collaboration infrastructure for teachers, enabling consistent practice sharing and creation of a unified digital archive of academic and administrative work.

Design of a unified administrative structure for pre-primary and primary units, with emphasis on systematic parent communication and organised presentation of school activities.

Participation in staff recruitment processes, aimed at building teams that can support the school's pedagogical vision and experiential approach.

Design and development of the educational programme for new Kindergarten and Primary School units, in a unified framework, with emphasis on experiential learning, environmental education, STE(A)M, healthy nutrition, and systematic use of modern educational tools.

Recommendations for the educational and administrative structure and operation of the new units, aiming at clear roles, functional processes, and coherent pedagogical direction.

Design of pedagogical use of outdoor spaces, with proposals supporting a safe, collaborative, playful, and experiential experience for students, teachers, and parents.

Design of the greenhouse and school garden programme and organisation of connections with other experiential programmes of the school units.

The approach is based on experience in designing and coordinating experiential programmes in recognised educational environments, with emphasis on realistic implementation, clear documentation, and measurable educational value.
