1. General information

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data of visitors to the inkludio.gr website. We respect your privacy and are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and Greek data protection law (Law 4624/2019).

When browsing our website, we may collect the following data:

  • Contact form: Name, email, message — when you choose to contact us.
  • Newsletter: Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Cookies & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited — through cookies and analytics tools.

Contact form

We process your data to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Newsletter

Your subscription is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the 'Unsubscribe' link in each email or by contacting us.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data.
  • Right of rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right of erasure ('right to be forgotten').
  • Right of restriction of processing.
  • Right of objection to processing.
  • Right of data portability.
  • Right of withdrawal of consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) at www.dpa.gr.

4. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with:

  • Email service provider for newsletter delivery.
  • Website hosting provider.
  • Metricool (Spain, EU): traffic analytics tool — only if you have provided consent via the cookie banner. Collects anonymous data (pageviews, anonymised IP, device/browser type).
  • Other analytics tools (only with your consent).
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising network for ad targeting and conversion measurement, via the Meta Pixel, only if you have provided consent. It builds profiles and shares data with Meta for advertising purposes.

We do not sell or rent your data. With your consent, we use advertising tools (Meta Pixel) that share data with Meta for ad targeting. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Data retention

  • Contact form: Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted.
  • Newsletter: Your email is retained until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).
  • Cookies: Depending on their type — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption.
