From Theory to Practice

Theoretical Framework of Key Action 1 (KA1)
Introduction to Key Action 1. Presentation of all applications under this Action (KA122/KA120/KA121). Focus on the KA120 application and the Erasmus Plan. Analysis of the Erasmus Quality Standards with hypothetical examples to aid understanding.
Assessment criteria & application structure
Assessment criteria for the KA120 application. Analysis of all questions in the submission form. Suggested answer structure linked to the assessment criteria.
Group practice — From needs to activities
Three e-Workshops in groups. Grouping needs into strategic thematic priority areas. Complete formulation of monitoring indicators and success evaluation for objectives. Matching needs with appropriate activity types, hosting organisations and expected learning outcomes.
Writing the objectives of the Erasmus Plan
Two-part e-Workshop. Writing complete objectives based on hypothetical needs data. (Objective formulation, content description and connection to documented needs, monitoring of results during the Plan and success evaluation). Group presentations and in-depth discussion.
