Seminar essentials
CHAPTER 01

Seminar & enrolment essentials

1. Provider information

This seminar is offered by Inkludio Training Single Member P.C., as detailed above.

2. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Seminar Privacy Notice, which forms part of these conditions.

3. Format and schedule

The seminar is delivered online via Zoom, on the dates and times indicated on the relevant seminar page.

The Zoom link is sent by email before the seminar starts. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, microphone and camera.

4. Minimum participants & confirmation

Your enrolment is considered final only after full payment and written confirmation from Inkludio Training.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the seminar. If the provider cancels, all amounts paid are refunded in full.

5. Attendance & certificate

100% attendance: The Certificate of Attendance is issued only when the participant attends all scheduled sessions, as recorded by the Zoom attendance reports.

If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend all sessions, please let us know before registering so we can consider alternatives (e.g. transfer to a later seminar).

Participation and rules
CHAPTER 02

Participation & rules

6. Rules during Zoom sessions

  • Participation requires the camera to be switched on during sessions for interaction and attendance verification.
  • Connect using your real full name so you are correctly recorded on the attendance sheet.
  • Recording audio, capturing video or taking screenshots by participants is not permitted without written consent.
  • Inappropriate behaviour (offensive language, harassment) will not be tolerated. In case of breach, the trainer reserves the right to remove the participant without refund.

7. Technical difficulties

If a technical problem occurs on Inkludio Training's side (e.g. Zoom outage, power failure), a make-up session will be scheduled on a new date agreed with the participants.

Technical problems on the participant's side (e.g. issues with their own connection) do not constitute grounds for a refund. Connection checks before the session are recommended.

8. Trainer absence

In the event of trainer illness or unavailability, we will take reasonable steps to ensure continuity:

  • Replacement by another qualified trainer (where available)
  • Make-up session on a new date

Participants will be informed as soon as possible.

Payments and cancellations
CHAPTER 03

Payments, withdrawal & terms

9. Payment terms

Payment methods

  • Credit / Debit card (online) — Secure payment via Stripe. After submitting your registration you will receive a personal payment link.
  • Bank transfer — Direct transfer to a bank account (details available on request).

All transactions are processed securely. Inkludio Training does not store any card details.

Tax invoice / receipt

After Stripe confirms your payment, Inkludio Training will send you a separate form to fill in your tax details (receipt or invoice), so we can issue the legal tax document for your payment.

Payment must be completed before the seminar starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. 14-day right of withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (transposed in Greece by Law 2251/1994, art. 3e), you have the right to withdraw from your enrolment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day enrolment is completed, without giving any reason.

In case of timely withdrawal, we will refund in full any amount paid, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

How to exercise the right

Send us an email at info@inkludio.gr with a clear withdrawal statement (name, seminar, registration date).

Exception: performance started

Under article 3ib of Greek Law 2251/1994, if the seminar starts within the 14-day period at your express request, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For seminars starting less than 14 days after registration, we will ask for your express consent at registration.

11. Cancellations beyond the 14-day period

After the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the following cancellation terms apply:

Up to 7 days before start

50% refund or free transfer to a later seminar.

Less than 7 days before start, or after start

No refund.

As an alternative, you may transfer your participation to a colleague at no extra cost, provided you inform us in time with the replacement's details.

12. Cancellation by the provider

If Inkludio Training cancels the seminar (e.g. minimum number of participants not met), all amounts paid are refunded in full within 14 days.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint can be submitted to info@inkludio.gr. We will respond within 14 calendar days.

As a consumer you also have access to the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules regarding jurisdiction (including Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).

15. Acceptance of these conditions

By registering and paying for the seminar, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions and the Privacy Notice.
